Senior Partner – Advisory, Tax, and Regulatory Compliance

Amit Mohan, a Chartered Accountant, founded AMC Accountants with a vision to create a global firm distinguished by a client- centred approach and outstanding service.

With over 20 years’ experience in assurance, tax advisory, M&A, and regulatory compliance, he has advised on cross-border deals and regulatory matters.

Amit also serves as a board adviser. 

He was formerly in senior leadership roles at global institutions like Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Bank of New York, Citi, and PwC, where Amit specialized in M&A, regulatory reporting, and large-scale transformation for financial institutions and multinational clients. 

He gained extensive experience engaging with regulatory bodies, including the Bank of England, BaFin, NBB, UK audit forums, and HMRC. He regularly authors thought leadership papers and leads workshops on emerging compliance issues.
